VScode下载链接，windows X64的版本，也可去官网下载和自己系统匹配的软件
cd C:\Users\Helen.espressif\tools\idf-python\3.8.7\Scripts
进入pip工具的路径，注意需要修改为自己的安装路径，此处为我的路径
pip config set global.index-url https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
